The opportunity

Tempest Jones are currently working with a leading Chartered National Wealth Management Practice assisting them in the Northeast on their recruitment campaign for Trainee Financial Advisers.

This reputable practice has a national presence, is continuing to grow and prides itself on a very client-centric and professional approach.

Provided you have the Level 4 Diploma in financial planning and either paraplanning or client facing experience within a financial services or other professional services environment, you will be given full training on systems and the advice process in a highly structured and very supportive environment.

Once trained up, duties will include:

• Building rapport and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients remotely, over the telephone and via Zoom/Teams as appropriate.
• Providing advice to both new and existing clients on pensions and retirement planning, protection and investment management.
• Ensuring you support clients to meet their financial objectives.
• Remaining compliant and up to date with company policy.
• Reviewing clients' portfolios annually in line with their changing risk attitudes, wants and needs.
