Assistant Management Accountant required for our client a niche market manufacturing business in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. This is a varied assistant management accounts opportunity as it encompasses all aspects of assisting in the preparation of the management accounts, including weekly KIP reporting, fixed asset management, accruals & prepayments and cashbook maintenance.
Assistant Management Accountant duties will include:
* Reporting to the Management Accountant, assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts
* Weekly KPI reporting and analysis
* Fixed asset management
* Accruals & prepayments
* Cashbook maintenance
* Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger management
* Assist in the annual audit preparation
Skills and knowledge required:
* Prior experience in a similar role assistant accountant role
* AAT studier / AAT Qualified
* Be a confident communicator
* Have good Excel skills
