FINTEC recruit is excited to present this opportunity of Bookkeeper /Accountant for our leisure agency client based in Dunfermline. This role offers flexible home/office working arrangements and the option to work 32 to 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer receivals, reminders and refunds.
  • Managing supplier and bank payments.
  • Tending to asset and memo journals.
  • General administration and office related work.
  • Dealing with arising questions and issues (with the help from Dutch office).

Skills and experience required for this role:

  • Ability and desire to work in an international environment (with colleagues from the Netherlands, France, etc.)
  • VAT, and other TAX knowledge is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of UK GAAP.
  • Good computing skills (Word processing and Excel).
  • Good general knowledge of financial system i.e AccountView.
  • High attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
