Job Description

• Knowledge of Invoice booking/processing for Intercompany and external vendor in SAP
• Knowledge of passing/uploading Journal Entries in SAP
• Good Knowledge of Indian Accounting and Taxation system (TDS/GST)
• Co-ordinate with Agency and internal stakeholders for timely resolution of vendor queries
• Provide support to other AP function such as payment/ Expense/Intercompany/ Treasury if required
• Preparation of MIS to meet management requirements.
• Reconcile Intercompany balances of all HFM Entities and co-ordinate with Stake holders for resolving Intercompany mismatches during month end

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree required - Accounting & Finance
• Strong accounting Knowledge
• Good Knowledge of Accounts Payable
• Have prior experience in Invoice vendor booking/Reporting in SAP
• Ability to work effectively within internal team as well as with Vendor &client POCs.
• Ready to work outside standard business hours whenever necessary
