Description

Fully Remote Accounts Receivable Role:

The job will mainly be A/R focused and will require someone who is able to deal with complex sales orders and invoicing. There is a small amount of A/P, bank and general accounting work that will need to be completed on a daily/monthly basis, however, the key focus of the role is A/R.

Accounts Receivable Duties

• Review/record sales orders and renewals
• Release orders to licensing/manufacturing teams
• Liaise with sales operations on order acceptance requirements
• Resolve credit and rebill requests and invoice customers accurately
• Manage and review new customer set-up requests
• Manage changes in payment terms/credit limits for current customers with strict adherence to the company policy
• Perform varying tasks and duties necessary to reduce Accounts Receivable
• Assist with managing sales backlog

Profile

The successful candidate will have a strong accounts receivable background and the ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Offer

Salary £25,000 - £38,000
