Description

The key responsibilities of the successful Accounts Payable Administrator will be:

• Assist in posting purchase ledger invoices and resolving queries
• Raising payments on a weekly basis
• Building relationships with customers and internal departments
• Inputting, coding and gaining the relevant authorisation for all invoices
• Allocating direct debit payments
• Post all receipts/credits on computer system to ensure there is an up to date position.
• Assist in filing all paperwork generated within the Accounts team
• Reconciling supplier accounts on purchase ledger
• Daily bank account reconciliation and allocating payments
• Assist in other areas of finance department as directed by Accounts Manager

Profile

The successful candidate must have:

• Accounts payable/ general accounts experience
• Strong communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Experience with SAP would be advantageous
