Client Details

Our client is a Not For profit organisation with offices in Sheffield and London, working with closely with other government organisations.

Description

  • The key responsibilities of the Contract Analyst role include but are not limited to:

  • Support the Commercial and Procurement team in managing operational contracting requirements.

  • Ensuring that all contract documentation and files are high quality, up to date, and accurate. Support the Commercial and Procurement team in all aspects of the contracting process. To be an expert super user of the organisations policy, procurement and contract management life cycle tool.

  • The role will work closely with our Cabinet Office Controls Manager to collate and load relevant data for complying with our spend control obligations.

    It will also involve coordinating with the organisations Legal team to ensure all escalations and the engagement of legal services are recorded.

Profile

  • To be considered for the Contract Analyst role you must have excellent skills with Microsoft Office products along with experience of managing a database.
  • You will ideally have a working background within a busy environment and previous experience taking the lead on back-office functions and administrative support to a busy, growing team.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail, not compromising on data quality and be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills to manage your own workload and meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience in commercial contracts would be a distinct advantage.

Job Offer

  • Salary between £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
