The Business Solutions & Innovation Senior Associate is a key member of the CFO Strategy, Innovation and Technology (SIT) team. This role partners with the wider organization to demonstrate analytical capabilities and business intelligence tools to provide innovative solutions and insights to our internal clients. This role acts as a conduit between the business (primarily CFO end users but on occasion non-CFO end users) and the CFO technology team to identify, scope, and prioritize opportunities, while designing and maintaining CFO wide data standardization to facilitate project delivery. The senior associate plays a key role in creating a culture of data-driven decisions to help collaborators across organization to ask better questions and improve ways of working.
Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead meetings with business partners, and end-users, to identify and understand current state business processes, procedures and challenges
• Leverage experience and standard methodologies to assist with design and implementation of analytics solutions
• Partner with CFO collaborators on report standardization across CFO
• Assist with identification of process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Leverage business intelligence tools for sophisticated reporting, dashboards, and additional ad-hoc analysis to deliver efficiencies across the broader CFO organization
• Communicate and partner with CFO customers on prioritization related to support and improvements
• Supervise and lead staff aligned with business partners

Talents Needed for Success:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Experience in problem framing, design thinking, and analytics techniques
• A passion for business analytics
• Knowledge of system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferred)
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Oracle Analytics Cloud
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven track record working, contributing, and leading within a team environment
• Supervisory and people management skills preferred
