Searson Buck are proud to be partnering with a locally owned Tasmanian company to recruit a dynamic Accounts Receivable role in it's fast paced Launceston office.

Key responsibilities

• Scanning and emailing customers invoices on a daily basis
• Attention to detail with invoicing and credits
• Effectively receipt, apply amend reconcile customer account payments
• Investigating and resolving and payment and account queries with customers
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers
• Ensure all transactions are finalised prior to timely end of month processing of statements
• Assist branch staff with IT queries and problem solving
• Effectively receipt, apply and reconcile customer accounts payments

About you

• Experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experienced in MYOB
• High degree of accuracy with invoicing and credits
• Impeccable time management
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Must hold a current Police Check or be willing to obtain one

Additional attributes that would be advantageous include:

• Ability to assist the branch staff with IT queries ad problem solving
• Exposure to Premier 19
