The Role
Supporting the Finance Manager will be responsible for the following;
Your Profile
The successful candidate will have tenured experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable & Receivable environment and will have an excellent attention to detail and accuracy. It is essential that the candidate is highly driven and has past management experience.
This role will be required to start immediately, for an ongoing temporary basis, with the view to go permanent for the right person!

- Processing of invoices to a three-way matching system
- Reconciling the GR/IR on monthly basis
- Processing fortnightly and monthly payments
- End of month statistical reporting
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Investigating and resolving queries
- Providing guidance and support to the team of 4
- Managing company expenses
