The CompanyOur client is a global FMCG with a leading presence in the Australian market due to an excellent reputation built on quality products, and first-class customer service. Due to a number of key Projects kicking off, they are looking for a Supply Chain Accountant to support the Operations team on a 6-12 month contract. There is a strong chance to go permanent. The position is hybrid work from home & in the office.

The Role
Working closely with the FP&A & Supply Chain teams you will be part of a high energy group & responsible for:

• Manage the business analytical needs for Supply Chain and manufacturing inventory
• Warehouse expenses & accruals
• Month end reporting & reconciliations
• Internal Controls & Compliance
• Dashboard management
• Distribution & Inventory analysis
• Support to finance & supply chain teams
• Assist with yearly budgeting process
• SAP system

Preferred ExperienceYou will have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role - ideally a commercial environment like FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics. This role requires a strong communicator who thrives in a fast paced and goal orientated environment. You will ideally have:

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting
• SAP experience & good Excel a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organise and analyse large datasets
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively
• Team player
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to take ownership and accountability for deliverables
