This company have recently made several acquisitions and are looking at expanding even further in 2022. Description
The Payroll/Finance Administrator role is initially a temporary role for 6 months which then could be extended. You will need to periodically commute to the Stockport office with opportunity for remote working the rest of the time.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the collating and manipulation of data for the monthly payrolls in the UK, Ireland, and US
- Assist in the setup and management of any new monthly payrolls
- Ensuring employees records are kept up to date, including starters and leavers
- Monitoring the Payroll inbox
- To support in the migration from to the new payroll & HR software platform
- To work closely with the HR team in ensuring accurate information is received in a timely manner in line with required deadlines
- Support in the management of unpaid leave, sickness absence and pay, parental leave and pay and any other leave adjustments
- Assist with tax year end reporting duties, such as P11Ds and PSAs
- Support the Finance team with administrative tasks as and when required
Profile
In order to apply for the role you should:
Have previous experience in payroll administration of finance administration role
Be looking to move into a Payroll role
Be confident on using Excel
Be available to consider a temporary role initially
Be able to commute to Stockport office periodically
