Job Description :
The function is in-charge of managing the Risk Control activities for the state/region covering all products across the Retail platform. The function would be responsible for handling vendors to undertake day to day business processes on the basis of random sampling of loan proposals on pre-defined parameters, document and report the findings together with process enhancements. The role would also analyse critical MIS reports for identification of uneven trends, undertake fraud investigations and implement fraud control measures to minimise losses. The function would evaluate compliance with standard operating practices of the organization to ensure that necessary internal checks and controls are in place, identify process gaps and suggest ways for improvement. Plan and undertake pre as well as post disbursement checks by random and trigger based sampling Interact with the field tast force to understand business practices, risk involved and suggest ways to mitigate risks 'Supervise the work done by RCU agencies regularly and review of reports submitted and reported within TAT. Vendor management for risk verification, maintaining optimum performance '
