About the business:
We are working with a well-established allied health provider, who are currently looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Manager to join their dynamic team. Our client is seeking someone who has experience working in an accounts position who can bring their prior knowledge to this role.


About this role:
As an Accounts Payable Manager, your duties may include but not be limited to:

• BAS / IAS Preparation
• Fortnightly payroll
• Monthly and quarterly reports
• Bank reconciliations
• Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
• Hours: 15 hours per week
• Salary: $90,000 + superannuation pro rata

Benefits of the role:
This role is a part-time position with flexible hours. You may wish to work 2 full days, or 3 shorter days. Their office is conveniently located by Wynyard station in the CBD, and you can decide if you want to work from home or in the office.

About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience working with Xero and Commbiz preferred but not essential
• Organised, able to solve problems, and willing to find ways to improve processes
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
