Key responsibilities

Daily management of customer/supplier accounting records.

Daily processing and reconciling supplier invoices.

Daily bank and payment gateway reconciliations

Checking till receipts and reconciliation of cash control accounts

Processing of payments received and monies authorised to pay out.

Administer all relevant completed paperwork records and back up information.

Assist with month end management accounts and financial year end procedures.

Assist with a range of office, administrative and ad-hoc finance related tasks as required.

Profile

GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 or above

Motivated and keen to learn new skills

Attention to detail

Enthusiastic with a genuine interest in finance and accounting

Ability to work well as part of a team as well as using your own initiative
