About the Role

3M are currently seeking an experienced collections officer/ Accounts receivable professional to join the team. This is a 12-month contract role, with possibility of extension. 3 years minimum experience within an FMCG company is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collection of current and past due AR balances
  • Business Intelligence Reporting
  • Processing of Credit Card transactions using company system
  • Releasing orders on Credit Hold
  • Attending of email, phone, and complaint cases
  • Investigating claims and short payments, raising cases and passing onto Complaint management team members
  • Various administrative duties

Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening and writing)
  • 2 -3 Years' experience in Accounts Receivable / collections role
  • Experience working for FMCG company is a must
  • Great stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Sales Force experience
  • Ability to take ownership and make informed decisions
  • Sound investigative skills, with great attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of full functioning AR role
