Based in Dandenong South, our client boasts a down to earth culture with a family business feel! They seek a switched on and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their growing team.

With brand new offices and and parking on site, this organisation provides a variety of services to different industry sectors.

Working as part of the Corporate Head Office Team, this role is one of over 100 employees nationally.

Your Role

Reporting directly into the Chief Financial Officer, your role will involve:

- High Volume Invoice Processing (MYOB)
- Ensuring invoices are sent to clients in a timely fashion
- Accounts Reconciliation
- Report preparation
- Weekly debtor collection
- Entering supplier invoices
- General Data Entry
- Administration Support
- Cashflow and forecast reporting

Your profile

You will have experience in a similar role and a proactive and deadline driven nature. You will have high levels of attention to detail along with flexibility to take on additional tasks as required.

You will have previous experience working in a high volume processing environment and pride yourself on your attention to detail.

Ideally - you will have experience working with MYOB, Quickbooks or Xero and have the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
