Payroll Supervisor
Purpose:
Control the delivery of a timely, accurate, compliant payroll function to the business on a monthly basis. Answers queries from any of the business heads and be accountable for ensuring that work load is stabilized and that team members are functioning with accuracy.
Minimum Requirements:
* B.Comm Finance/ Human Resources. Additional certification in computer programming will be advantageous.
* Experience: 4-5 years' experience in Managing payroll end to end and at least 2 years' experience in managing the team
* Skills: Management; Excellent written and verbal communication; Planning &Organising; Time Management; Problem solving; Analytical; Advanced
Computer (word/excel); Interpersonal Skills.
Knowledge: Knowledge of payroll and tax principles and practices. In-depth knowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processing. Statutory requirements - tax & labour law. Knowledge of payroll impact on accounting systems. Advanced computer system and systems integration knowledge
