We are looking for an Assistant Controller to develop accounting policies and oversee all financial procedures of our company and our portfolio companies. At Victory Advisory Firm, we are hands-on operators with a proven track record of success. We pride ourselves on being a fast-paced, decisive company, with a “can-do” attitude. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical, as you will be working with fast-paced and decisive doers in a company that is rapidly moving forward.

Of course, there are some specific skills you’ll need to be successful in this position including:

• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and legislation
• Hands-on experience with general ledger accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Experience with cash management and risk assessment
• Good knowledge of accounting software
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• BS in Accounting or higher degree
• CPA preferred
