Reporting to the Head of Lending Strategy and Analytics, this is a great opportunity to get involved an exciting journey of setting up the business lending function of the bank, with aggressive growth targets in place, offering personal career growth and future progression.
In this hands-on role, managing a small experienced team, be involved in mentoring and upskilling the team ito business lending, and work across multiple stakeholders - finance, credit committees, and collections, providing a statistical descriptive analytics function.

Post-graduate degree, couple with 8 - 10 years' experience in business lending within banking / management consulting or fin-tech industries with a solid knowledge and understanding of pricing strategies, regression techniques, industry pricing for monitoring purposes, understanding of legislation relating to pricing changes to the NCA and re-purchase rate changes, a knowledge of the NCA and other application legislation, a knowledge of various pricing reports and a practical knowledge of application and behavioural scoring, data mining and analytical experience and skills.
