Description
* Partner with Operations to review Bills of Materials for accuracy.
* Review actual production costs against standards daily/weekly to identify issues or inaccuracies.
* Update standard costs for new parts and BOM/cost changes from change orders.
* Develop labour and overhead absorption rates to minimize variances.
* Analyze rate changes and provide summary of key drivers, recommending changes.
* Review and analyze all Purchase Price, Productivity, Spending and other gross profit variances; provide summary of reasons and recommend actions for improvement.
* Run weekly/monthly labour and overhead absorption reports and analyze variances and trends.
* Partner with site operations to develop and review standard costs and product cost performance.
* Report on KPI's for manufacturing as assigned.
