Accounts Assistant to join an industry leader and technology provider on a permanent full time basis! $65,000 + Super.
An excellent opportunity has become available for a highly-organised accounts assistant with outstanding communication skills to work for this leading technology provider in North Sydney.

They currently have an opening for a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career. An exciting opportunity exists for an Accounts Assistant to join their team working Monday to Friday full time.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor accounts receivables and payables
• All-rounder role covering revenue management, expense management and payroll assistance
• Production of daily, weekly, monthly and annual financial information
• Assist with the reconciliation of accounts
• Support and assist site based administration and assist management with day-to-day responsibilities, acting as a backup when required.
• Ad-Hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• 2 years' of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable or bookkeeping
• Previous experience using MYOB and SAP is highly desirable
• University Qualification in Accounting or Diploma or Certificate qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping
• Intermediate Excel skills (including v-lookups)
• Must possess strong working knowledge of accounting principles
• Excellent communication and team building skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
