Accounts Payable Analyst, £22,369 Per Annum, Temporary, Hybrid Working

I have a great pleasure of working with this higher education organisation that has been going for well over 20 years. This organisation is based in Birmingham with 3 different sites, with this one based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

Your new role
This organisation requires 2x Accounts Payable Analysts to join their team of 6 reporting to an Accounts Payable Manager. You will work from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4am Friday, with the hybrid-working consisting of 2 days working from home and 3 in the Birmingham office.

What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 2 years experience in finance, preferably in accounts payable.
Proficient with MS Office, Excel
Able to work with Excel using formulas, Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc
Good written or verbal communication skills
Analytical skills to understand supplier ledgers to find and resolve accounting errors, duplicate payments or other issues with AP transactions
Oracle ERP working experience will be beneficial
