Reporting into the Finance Manager of this listed group, this is a management role, with an established yet expanding Australian firm.

This critical role bridges the gap between head office and the Firm's assets, in providing high quality accounting support and analytical input to the Asset Managers.

Leading & mentoring a small team, your remit will include P&L review, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and provision of commercial decision support to operational stakeholders.

Also, you'll be required to deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis when required, as well as be heavily involved in projects and process improvement initiatives.

You are a CA/CPA qualified Accountant, with an engaging personality, an articulate, professional communication style, strong analytical capabilities and excellent Excel skills.
