ASAP start for an experienced Bank Reconciliation Officer to join this busy Credit Team based in the Eastern Suburbs.

Reporting to a Team Leader, this role will involve:

• Download and process all banking files
• Maintain central IT mailbox and distribute mail as required
• Allocation of payments as per remittance advice received
• Daily reconciliation of all banking including Web payments
• Set up and process Direct Debits (including dishonours)
• Follow up Credit Card Expiries as part of the Direct Debit function
• Follow up unidentified payments with the bank and keep a reconciliation of these
• Process Cheque payments and dishonoured cheques
• Assist collections team with queries

This is a busy role and will suit someone who is able to hit the ground running. You will be an experienced Bank Reconciliation Officer, from within a Credit Team. You will have excellent organisational skills, be proactive, and able to pick up systems and processes quickly. This is a full time permanent role with a diverse business, fast growing business. You will be supported by an approachable and professional Credit Team Leader.
