Skills and Experience Requirements:

• General collections industry experience
• Customer service experience
• Proficient analytical and numeracy skills
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
• Great problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow
• Must be a team player with superior attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide national collections support to the insurance and premium funding division
• Maintain arrears as agreed with the Loans Account Manager
• Effective handling of client arrears up to and including write off
• Identify and report any adverse trends from the introducer, clients, or brokers
• Assisting clients and brokers with enquiries relating to; loans, quotes, settlements, submissions, BASE, and Broker Platform Submissions
• Compliance with company policies and procedures while performing tasks
