Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant

• The Accounting Assistant will assist with the Accounts Payable cycle
• Responsible for invoicing
• Work with purchase orders and expense reports
• The Accounting Assistant will assist in Accounts Receivable and billing
• The Accounting Assistant will assist in preparing and posting journal entries
• Ad hoc accounting projects

​Qualifications of the Accounting Assistant

• BS in Accounting or Finance or related field
• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel
• The Accounting Assistant will need to be able to effectively communicate
