The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing outstanding invoices, and your duties will include:

• High volume of outbound collection calls
• Working with internal and external stakeholders
• Account reconciliations
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintain DSOs at an acceptable level, in line with company policy

The Successful Candidate

• The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years previous experience working as a Accounts Receivable or Collections Officer in a fast-paced, success driven environment.
• Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills are essential to succeed in this role
