FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER - GLOBAL REAL ESTATE GROUP - IMMEDIATE START
Client Details
A leading international Real Estate group are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join on an initial 3-4 month contract.
You will be supporting the UK Head of Finance in creating a real and active partnership with both the operations and management team.
Description
Business Partnering:
- Working closely with the businesses and key stakeholders, both locally and across EMEA to ensure the impact of decisions are understood and performance are tracked
- Influence day to day decisions to shape strategy and the direction of the business
- Challenge the business over decision and results
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide the business with greater insight into business performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Review, report and understand the impacts on future performance
Planning & Forecast:
- Participate and help enhance our current budgeting and forecasting models to improve accuracy
- Forecasting of revenue and costs on both a short and long term basis
- Consider new opportunities for the company to expand or grow to create strategic growth plans, including capital expenditure and investments (3-5 year financial forecasts)
Finance Processes:
- Support during month end, planning and financial modelling of investments
Profile
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or oversees equivalent)
- Experience working in commercial finance
- Ability to manipulate data
