Team Management (10 people).
Management of the transit process.
Supporting in operational activities.
Monitor Contract utilization and compliance as per contract terms and guidelines.
Monitor contract expiry and trigger creation/amendment process.
Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for necessary approvals for renewal quotes, negotiations, etc.
Manage contract termination process.
Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues.
Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Fluent in Spanish (min. C1).
3-4 years of relevant experience in a BPO environment.
At least Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to make decisions and improvements.
Highly developed organizational & time management skills.
LEAN method proficiency would be an asset.
