The global organisation is looking for Japanese speaker with Accounting experience for their 2 days/week part-time Permanent role.

【Accounting Assistant 】

• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable data entry and cross-checking
• Maintenance and reconciliation of sales revenue, foreign exchange account,
• Prepayment and fixed asset register
• Bank reconciliation, update of bank balance, Cash in and out data sheet
• Support online banking and correspondence with banks
• Assist with quarter-end process, occasional J SOX required document , annual budget and audit
• Ad-hoc accounting and clerical duties upon request

【Admin Support】

• Handling day-to-day administrative tasks within the office while the admin team is away

YOU:

• Working experience and knowledge of bookkeeping with cloud-base accounting software, MYOB or similar
• The ability to solve issues of the assigned duty and handle multi-tasking
• Microsoft Office skills with understanding Excel formulas
• The ability to meet deadlines with numeric accuracy
• Quick learner and adopt to a new and challenging situations
