The Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant will review and balance daily client transactions, perform banking functions, post cash receipts, wire transfers to clients, preparation of expense checks and accounts payable.
Daily trial balance, collection log, daily cash summary, and projects as assigned. Job Requirements:Accounting AssistantThe requirements of the position include:
- 10 Key by touch
- Basic Bookkeeping and Accounting Knowledge
- Average typing skills
- Good Organization skills
- Good Communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office software
