Busy accounting department in Middlesex County has an opening for an accounts payable professional. This fast-paced department is looking for an experienced A/P clerk to process volume credit card payments, receipts, data entry and related accounting responsibilities.

ERP systems background strongly preferred. Contract to hire, $18 - $20 per hour.

  • Process volume credit card payments
  • Maintain accounts payable files
  • Maintain all accounts payable reports and corporate accounts payable files
  • Analyze vendor invoices to ensure invoices
  • Maintain all accounts payable vendors
  • Prepare accounts payable checks and mail
  • Run weekly accounts payable process
  • Perform basic accounts payable duties
  • Generate accounts payable edit batches
  • Prepare monthly accounts payable aging reports
