We are working with a well-known client to source a tech-savvy Finance Officer, with an immediate start.
This role is due to an increase in workload, and will be an ongoing assignment with the change to extend or go permanent for the right person.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Full end to end Accounts Receivable:

• Reconciliations and allocations
• Chasing clients for outstanding debt
• Posting receipts, invoicing and investigation of discrepancies
• Ad hoc AR duties as required

Full end to end Accounts Payable:

• Raising invoices and purchase orders
• Matching PO's to delivery dockets
• Maintenance and updating of supplier accounts
• Ad hoc AP duties as required

Experience required

To be successful in this role, you will be a well-rounded Accounts Officer, being able to assist with full end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable functions with confidence. You will also:

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be a team player, but be able to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines
• Have exposure to an ERP system such as TechnologyOne
• Be immediately available, adaptable and a friendly, hard-working human!
