With a national branch footprint of over 300 stores, this role will see you working particularly with branches in the Eastern Metro and Eastern VIC region.
Your new role:
Working in a friendly and supportive team, alongside 4 other Credit Controllers and reporting to the Credit Manager, this role will see you responsible your own credit ledger. You will work closely with both internal and external customers and have the opportunity to use your admin and customer service skills in a variety of tasks including:

- Debtor account collections for our branch network
- Allocation of account payments
- Banking reconciliations and following up on variances
- Debtor journals
- General administrative and office duties including data entry and filing
What you'll need to succeed:
- Credit Control experience (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience committing to roles long term
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience in answering the phone in a professional friendly manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a real customer service focus
- Ability to work within guidelines whilst appreciating that some things are not always ‘black and white'
- Ability to work throughout the busy periods where leave is unavailable (Dec - Jan)
- Full Australian working rights
