Your main job in the start will be entering financial transactions into our internal system, and reconciling invoices. In addition you will be expected to be hands on with our business and travel to our shops to help our staff with deposits, closing etc. from time to time. If you have a love for Coffee and a Accounting degree and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures within a start-up we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help our Finance responsible giving our team transparency in the business and efficiency in all transactions. Assist our Sr. Accountant & Financial Advisor in the following areas:

• Performing day to day accounting operations
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
• Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment including Prepare bank deposits from our Coffee Shops
• Enter financial transactions into SQL Accounting
• Help to update financial reporting for management team
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Assisting with daily, weekly and monthly closing and preparing statistics and metrics.
