Accounting Specialist
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (in-office)
Salary: $50,000 - $52,000

Overview: This position assists in the timely and accurate processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoicing. This position requires strong attention to detail and working within a few ERP systems. This position involves some client interfacing. Excellent customer service skills are required! Incumbent of this role must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Accounts Receivable - Producing client invoices
- Accounts Payable
- Respond to consumer inquiries in a timely, courteous, and prompt manner.
- Ensure all documentation is handled/maintained in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensure that all queries are addressed and resolved quickly.
- Secure and email required supporting documents and maintain spreadsheets and shared file folders.
- Run monthly audit reports to ensure that all loads have been either billed, deleted, or otherwise properly noted for future billing.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills required
- Must have strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent customer services skills and an ability to respond to the needs and requests of coworkers and clients.
- Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards, attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Must demonstrate initiative--ability to think, work, and ask questions when necessary
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
