Qualifications for the Cost Accountant role:
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing accounting
- BS degree is a plus
- Basic MS Excel skills
- Comfortable with intercompany communication, obtaining approvals and information from other departments
- Professional presentation and communication
- Comfortable with manual processes

Description:

• Collecting and analyzing data about a company's operational costs
• Experience setting Standard cost for materials, labor and OH
• Experience introducing and supporting BOM's and Routings
• Full Management and ownership of the cost accounting processes within a fully integrated ERP system.
• Analyzing production costs and recommending changes
• Overseeing annual physical inventory and periodic cycle counts
• Performing account variance reconciliations and inventory posting PPV, Scrap, Absorption, Yields etc.
• Recommending changes to the company's processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit
• Establishing and working within a ECRB environment
• Advising executives and upper management on appropriate costing based on financial data
• Experience with Global Shop Solutions would be advantages

Salary- $70K-$90K
