Job Description:

• To assist to maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• To assist to maintain on a full set of accounting works
• To assist in monitoring bank movement and update bank reconciliations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to handle at least partially accounts and familiar with Account Receivable and Account Payable.
• Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation
• Handling duties such as preparing, processing claims, petty cash, bank reconciliation, verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances, issuing invoices and receipts.
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, such as payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
• Matching daily bank payment received by a bank in slip
• Continuing to improve the payment process
• Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment
