• Achieve customer satisfaction by delivering promised deliverables.
• Responsible for the submission of Management Accounts in the correct & timely manner.
• Responsible for client's cashflow monitoring by ensuring all accounting reconciliations, AP & AR have been done by the team on a monthly basis.
• Responsible to provide Monthly/Quarterly Financial Analysis of existing clients and communicating risks and important info to clients for their decision making.
• Correct & on-time submission of audit, tax, statutory, WHT and SST.
• Liaise with external providers such as auditors and tax agents.
• Provide guidance, coaching and training to the team on technical (accounts related) and soft skillsplus supervision of junior staff.
