ACCOUNTANT

Job description

Supervise, review & provide guidance to subordinate on daily operation of the Accounts department.
Timely submission of monthly, quarterly financial & management accounting reports.
Person in charge for cash flow planning and Balance Sheet item reconciliation.
Ongoing review, implementation & monitoring of the accounting & financial policies and procedures incorporating internal controls.
To exercise discretion on Company information and safeguard Company's interest at all times.
To report and highlight any irregularities, problems, and weakness and recommendation for improvement on any related issues.
To prepare financial accounting and monthly management reports, financial budgets, monitoring & preparation of monthly project cash flows and forecasts.
To liaise with auditor, tax agents, banker, company secretary and regulatory authorities where necessary.
Any others duties including from others departments from any and/or subsidiaries of GD Group that may be assigned from time to time.
