Description

• Compliance with AML & KYC regulations
• Telephone credit control on behalf of our clients.
• Ensuring collection notes are completely sufficient to comply with debt protection policy.
• Verification of debts/invoices
• Ledger reviews with Client managers
• Reporting any issues/disputes etc. to line manager/ client manager
• Working with client / debtors to ensure any issues/disputes are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Risk monitoring
• Sending chasing letters, copy invoices and statements
• Liaising with clients as necessary.
• Assisting with other office duties as may be required.
• Reporting

Profile

• Factoring experience would be an advantage
• Proven credit control or debt collection experience.
• Be able to deliver on collection targets
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Microsoft skills to include Excel highly desirable
• Proven reconciliation skills
• Ability to process data quickly and accurately
• Articulate good customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manor
• Excellent time management skills
