An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading facilities management business based in Luxury Covid Secure offices in Buxton. This company have recently made an acquisition of a competitor and as a result are looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join their Finance Team. This company are expanding making it an excellent time to join the business.
Description
The Assistant Accountant role will initially be a temporary assignment based in covid secure offices in Buxton with opportunity for some remote working periodically.
Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for:
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Profitability analysis for key customer accounts on excel
- Streamlining Accounting processes on Sage Line 50
- Overseeing all Accounts up to trial balance
- Preparing finance reports on Excel
Profile
In order to apply for the role you should be:
AAT Qualified/ACCA or CIMA Part Qualified/ or Qualified by experience
Have experience of balance sheet reconciliation
Confident on Excel to v look up and pivot table level
Able to commute to Buxton office
Available to start a temporary assignment
