- Associate Director of Grant Finance will lead budget development
- Assess budget guidance, processes, and tools
- Create guidance for donors and awards
- Assess grant policies
- As an Associate Director of Grant Finance, you communicate grant progress
- Review and approve financial reports
- Supervise and mentor Grant Finance Managers
- Identify improvement opportunities within budget development and financial management
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Accounting or Business-related field
- 10+ years of international finance experience
- Non-profit experience
- Understanding of international development project funding
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
