Job Details
Your Responsibilities:
- Carry out credit worthiness assessments and checks for new customers
- Update new leads to CRM system
- Update KYC (Know your customer) details
- Coordinate with sales personnel / customers in Europe via email and phone
- Update customer details in structured CRM database
Your Qualifications:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in Banking and financial services industry and familiarity with customer credit worthiness and KYC processes will be an advantage
- A part qualification in finance or other related discipline
- Experience in working on systems
- Sound knowledge in MS Office
- Experience in BPO industry will be an advantage
- High degree of responsibility, target driven, ability to meet deadlines, customer focus, together with confidentiality are required personality traits
