Management Trainee

We, Carsons Management Services (Private) Limited are the centralized management services arm to Sri Lankan operations of Carson Cumberbatch PLC.

YOUR ROLE

As a Management Trainee, you will be evaluating the emerging macro environment trends and various industry-related developments whilst actively supporting our operational and financial decision making process.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

• Identifying and analyzing trendsetter ideas, research on international markets/businesses, generating value-adding market and consumer insights
• Studying and analyzing development plans of Sri Lanka and identifying new business opportunities for the group
• Preparing business plans, financial models, valuations and other detailed financial and operational analysis of group business development activities
• Preparation of Board papers and presentations related to the business development activities of the group Maintaining information databases for business decision making

ABOUT YOU

• You should be a foreign/local degree-holder in a relevant field, having a broader outlook of macro-economic affairs and/or with a professional qualification from ICASL/CIMA/ACCA
• You should possess excellent research, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relevant experience if any, is an added advantage.
