Prepare an accurate set of rent roll of tenants of designated shopping centers.
Prepare invoices for tenants.
Work with mall managers to manage collections from tenants.
Work with leasing team to strategically advise them on renewal / signing of leases.
Manage various expenses in designated shopping centers, liaise with suppliers/municipalities to reconcile and discuss expenses.
Reconcile banking and cash transactions.
Work closely with financial manager and managing director to discuss tenant profiles and strategic planning.
Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage.
Own transport.
