Job Details
The Senior FP&A Analyst role will help to build out the new FP&A function and, initially, the role will focus on developing world class, best in industry budgeting, forecasting and MI reporting processes with the scope to grow remit as the business and function evolves and scales.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Senior FP&A Analyst include:
- To partner closely with data and business teams to enhance reporting capabilities and new data sources To play a key role in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. With each cycle more detail, increased functionality and further automation will be required To work alongside the FC to produce monthly management accounts ensuring completeness and brand and support allocations are robust Responsible for monthly reporting sourcing, production and commentary such as the MI Pack, T&E reporting and other KPI reporting, automating the process and continuously improving the analysis and reporting each time Weekly sales forecasting and KPI reporting
Profile
The successful Senior FP&A Analyst will be:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Creating, automating, and continuously improving processes
- Experience in and comfort with manipulating and cleansing large data sets
- Demonstrated proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint
- A pro-active and 'can-do' nature to continuously improving processes and effectiveness of deliverables
Job Offer
- £65,000 salary (experience dependent)
- 10% discretionary bonus
- 25 days holiday
- Hybrid working (2/3 days in the office each week)
