FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - SHIPPING - IMMEDIATE START - £60,000 TO £70,000
Client Details
My client is one of the largest shipping companies in the world. They're currently implementing a new ERP system and as a result they have a need for a high calibre Financial reporting manager.
Description
Reporting into the Assistant Director of Finance you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing the quarterly consolidated financial statements, group reporting schedules and flash trading profit report
- Participating in the ERP implementation project
- Determining the correct technical accounting treatment for new transactions
- Performing Ad-hoc
Profile
The successful candidate:
- ACA (Or overseas equivalent)
- Must be audit trained
- Technically strong with great IFRS exposure
- Knowledge of the shipping industry would be a bonus
- Immediately available or available at a short notice period (2 weeks or less)
