Client Details

This well established organization are known for creating opportunities from within the business for both interim and permanent employee's. This rare opportunity is to work alongside a well educated and personable senior accountant. Initially starting on an interim basis for a minimum of 7 months, this role will likely turn permanent at the end of the assignment if you are successful throughout the course of the contract.

Description

The key duties of this interim property accountant will be:

• Service charge calculations using excel
• Budget Monitoring and reporting through finance system and excel
• Analysing revenue for various cost centres
• Support on the implementation and development of all accounting, costing and financial management services
• Business Partner function by assisting in the analysis of data for bench-marking purposes
• The calculation of rent and service charges and apportionments
• Support with Right to Buy applications and leaseholder recharges

Profile

The successful interim property accountant will:

• Be part qualified CCAB/CIMA/ACCA
• Be available to start a new role within 2 weeks of interview
• Have previous knowledge of property or housing sector (although not essential)
• Have a proficient and proven working knowledge of excel (minimum pivot tables and v look ups)
• Be within a commutable distance to Biggleswade (although great flexibility is offered)

Job Offer

• Great working flexibility will be offered in the role.
• £145 - £165 highly dependant on experience.
